The Prophet (SAW) said, "The right of pre-emption is valid in every joint property, but when the land is divided and the way is demarcated, then there is no right of pre-emption."

Ayat of the Quran

Verse No: 89

فَاصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَقُلْ سَلَامٌ ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ

Then bear with them (O Muhammad) and say: Peace. But they will come to know.
