Narrated: Ibn Abbas
from Maimunah the wife of the Prophet (saw), that the Prophet (saw) performed ablution with the water left over after she had taken a bath to cleanse herself from sexual impurity. (Daif)

Ayat of the Quran

Verse No: 2

قَدْ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَانِكُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ

Allah hath made lawful for you (Muslims) absolution from your oaths (of such a kind), and Allah is your Protector. He is the Knower, the Wise.

Ar-Ra'uf: The Benign One
Meaning: The Compassionate, The One with extreme Mercy. The Mercy of Allah is His will to endow upon whoever He willed among His creatures.

Selected Hadith Commentary

Narrated: Abu Huraira
Hadith No: 16, that a man said to the Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam: "Advise me!" The Prophet said, "Do not become angry and furious." The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, "Do not become angry and furious." [Al-Bukhari; Vol. 8 No. 137]
