Ayat of the Quran

Verse No: 18

وَأَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍ بِهِ لَقَادِرُونَ

And we send down from the sky water in measure, and We give it lodging in the earth, and lo! We are Able to withdraw it.

الرَّقِیبُ
Ar-Raqeeb: The Watchful One
Meaning: The Watcher, The One that nothing is absent from Him. Hence it's meaning is related to the attribute of Knowledge.
