Narrated Ibn 'Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
We used to compare the people as to who was better during the lifetime of
Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam). We used to regard Abu Bakr
as the best, then 'Umar, and then 'Uthman.
